Megan, a devoted teacher and beloved daughter, passed away at her home on Saturday, April 4, 2026, following a sudden medical emergency. Her loss is deeply felt by family, friends, students, and the wider community, all of whom were touched by her dedication, faith, and love for others.
Megan was a woman of unwavering faith and compassion. She lived her life fully devoted to Christ, walking each day in trust, obedience, and service. Her strong belief in God’s sovereignty and goodness inspired those around her, and her faith served as a guiding example of perseverance and hope. As a teacher, Megan devoted herself to the growth, development, and care of her students. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at West Ridge Church, 3906 Kane Road, Eau Claire, WI 54703, with Pastor Paul Smith officiating. Visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on the same day. Following the service, an informal gathering with family will be held at an off-site location to be announced at the church. Burial will occur privately at a later date.
In honor of Megan’s lifelong devotion to education and service, a non-profit charitable organization is being established to continue her passions in Special Education. More information will be shared as the memorial fund is formed.
